As a Wellness and Fitness Receptionist, you will be at the heart of our wellness journey, welcoming guests and members to Nobu’s serene Pilates and fitness spaces. You will ensure every interaction reflects Nobu’s philosophy of balance, warmth and precision, handling enquiries, bookings and guest requests with care and efficiency.

You will
  • Manage the day to day running of the wellness and fitness reception area
  • Greet all guests and members warmly, creating a relaxed and professional first impression
  • Handle all enquiries and bookings for Pilates, personal training, spa and fitness sessions
  • Maximise booking opportunities and retail sales to exceed revenue targets
  • Complete all reception and administrative tasks accurately and on time
  • Conduct show rounds for members, potential clients and guests
  • Support the smooth operation of the wellness and fitness facilities, including room allocations and scheduling
  • Check all equipment regularly, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure terrace service meets Nobu standards
  • Build knowledge of all wellness and fitness products, treatments and services offered
  • Communicate effectively with the wider hotel team to ensure a seamless guest journey
  • Embody Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every guest interaction

You bring experience in a front of house or receptionist role, ideally within a wellness, spa or fitness environment. You are organised, confident and guest focused, with strong communication and multitasking skills.
