Medicetics is a doctor-led, award-winning aesthetic clinic in London W2, established for over 19 years and featured in Tatler and the Aesthetic Awards as one of the UK’s leading names in non-surgical treatments.

We are now seeking a Senior Aesthetic Practitioner, 3-5 days per week to join our close-knit team on a maternity cover contract, with potential to extend into a permanent role.


Monday–Friday schedule , closed Bank Holidays and Christmas to New Year closed.


Bonus / incentives: additional 30-40% based on treatment revenue and client retention/ satisfaction metrics


Skills and experience required

  • At least 3 years of aesthetics experience working for a clinic or medispa. Experience in a luxurious clinic environment desirable
  • Demonstrated competence in lasers, exosome/skin-tightening treatments, high-touch service for affluent clients.
  • Excellent relationship skills; ability to craft treatment plans and present monthly subscription/ plan-based models.
  • Certificate in Laser Core of Knowledge and NVQ3 or above
  • Advanced skincare knowledge
  • Consistency achieving sales targets
  • Be confident, and be a good communicator
  • Be presentable and professional at all times
  • Flexibly with regards to working shifts up to 9pm
  • You must be bubbly, confident and positive

Role Description

  • You will treat and advise patients alongside our 6 doctors, providing the highest level of customer care, working towards individual and team sales targets for treatment and product sales.
  • You will perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including device-led procedures using laser and radiofrequency, advanced facial treatments such as Neogen Plasma, Morpheus 8, 1540, KTP & Nd:YAG laser, skin needling, PRP as well as skin peels, hydrafacial and mesotherapy.
  • You will help to ensure that the treatment rooms are stocked and well-maintained, and you will also assist the manager with other day-to-day duties.
  • You'll have opportunities to learn from our highly experienced team (doctors in the field for 20yrs) and develop your expertise in a successful Central London clinic.
