**Sample Sale Co-ordinator** Location: Mornington Crescent, Greater London House, NW1 Department: Space Level: Core Reports to: Head of Space **THE TEAM** The Sample Management Team delivers business critical services to Retail, BX, Press and ASOS Studios, ensuring that samples get to their required destination in a timely and accurate manner via controlled delivery and routing. In addition, the data that the team collects regarding volumes, routing destinations, etc. not only helps the Sample Management Team operate more efficiently and effectively, it provides insight in how samples are used and routed to support driving further efficiencies for their users. The Sample Management Team’s activities - delivery, routing and providing data-driven insight - bring the following benefits: - Time freed for sample-using teams to spend on their core tasks - More stock on the shelves for customers - Faster fashion facilitated by quicker, more secure sample delivery - More organised, cleaner working environment **THE ROLE** The Sample Sale Coordinator, which sits within the Sample Management Team, will be managing and coordinating Sample Sales globally throughout all ASOS involved sites, mainly in a shop setting, but extends to other sites within the UK, US and EU. **Key Responsibilities**: - Scheduling and organising sales across all sites - Physically carrying out sales throughout all sites, which will include till sales, shop set up, merchandising and replenishment - Communication between all sites - Managing the Sample Sale booking app and its reporting, which includes shopper attendance figures - Sales reporting across all sites - Coordinating sample collections through our wider Sample Management processes. - Managing the logistics of sample sale items between all sites **Other Responsibilities**: - Receive all parcels for your allocated teams and unpack and deliver to established specifications - Deliver incoming samples (samples arriving at Head Office from the warehouse or from suppliers) to the teams in an unpacked state within 3 hours - Return products to the relevant teams from the Holding Bay, this may involve individual delivery of a rail to teams at a time that meets the 3-hour commitment - Be cross trained on other functions, enabling you to give/receive support as volumes fluctuate - Help deliver rails from, and back to, Production for the Onward destination process. - Processing all post-production samples to their onward destination which could be back to teams, return to brand, return to warehouse and sample sale. **We’d love to meet, someone with**: - Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to maintain great customer service and always putting the customer first. - Excellent communication, people and administration skills. - Someone proactive with a can-do attitude who can work well on their own and as part of a team. - Great organisational skills, reliable and positive. - Interested in being part of a bigger vision and helping a team achieve their goals. - Ability to collaborate, influence and build robust relationships with stakeholders **What's in it for you?**: - Competitive salary, bonus and pension matching - Life insurance, free private medical care, cycle to work scheme + more - A bespoke flexible benefits scheme catered to you - Best in class Learning & Development schemes and career development programmes - 25 days holiday + never work on your birthday again! - Free modern onsite gym, plus personal training and wellness rooms - A dynamic social environment, from company-wide sports days, charity days, ‘Give A Week Away’ opportunities to visit our charity partners in India & company-wide celebrations to name just a few - Huge staff discounts and sample sales LI-LC2
