If you’re passionate about technology, eager to make an impact, and ready to grow alongside a team that lives its values, Medius is where you can do your best work — your impact is global.<br><br>Lear more at www.medius.com<br><br><strong>Job Overview<br><br></strong>As a member of the Global Marketing team, the Loyalty & Retention Marketing Manager will develop a deep understanding of the Medius customer lifecycle and key customer personas in order to create innovative, high-value marketing programs to help ensure Medius customers get the most value out of their Medius solution(s).<br><br>The successful candidate has a passion for developing high-impact, integrated marketing programs to help drive customer loyalty and retention, is an expert at developing compelling customer content, and is an organized self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.<br><br>The right candidate will have a background in B2B cloud solutions – ideally with a background in AP Automation or Spend Management is an efficient multitasker and a great team player. This individual reports to the CMO and works closely with multiple teams across Medius including Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, Field Marketing and the Customer Experience organization including Implementation and Customer Success.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities And Duties<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop a deep understanding of the Medius customer lifecycle including what key customer personas need and want post purchase</li><li>Create a global, integrated marketing plan that drives customer adoption and optimization for key customer personas</li><li>Develop and execute high-impact marketing programs from concept development to campaign deployment, including managing agency relationships and budget</li><li>Develop case studies and feed sales reference process as part of loyalty program </li><li>Track analytical campaign performance and reporting to measure and report on the results and ROI of all campaigns, effectively communicating to stakeholders in the business</li><li>Work with field marketing teams to understand unique market needs, drive program execution and facilitate best practice sharing</li><li>Collaborate with the Digital Team to develop content for the customer center and other customer content for Medius corporate web sites and the qualified chatbot </li><li>Build relationships at all levels across Marketing and customer success teams </li><li>Provide input to marketing automation systems capabilities, data needs and related processes to improve agility and time to market of lifecycle campaigns</li><li>Serve as an internal evangelist for our customers </li><li>Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>B.A. or B.S. in marketing, marketing communications, advertising, business or related degree </li><li>7+ years marketing, marketing communications, advertising or related experience; SaaS experience a plus</li><li>Experience developing and executing successful marketing plans to drive customer loyalty and retention</li><li>Experience working in international marketing is highly desirable </li><li>Love analyzing information, determining a path forward and implementing impactful initiatives to improve the business</li><li>Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo/Eloqua), analytics and business insight tools (Domo/PowerBI/Tableau)</li><li>Previous experience with Accounts Payable automation, electronic payments, source to contract </li><li>(S2C) and procurement software solutions (sourcing, contract management, supplier information management, procurement), and expense management solutions preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel</li></ul>
