The working hours will be approximately hours per week, working over 3/4 days, including weekends.

Shifts start at 5.30 am and finish between 10 am and 12 am, depending on the day & demand. Please note that we operate seven days a week. Some weekend work may also be required.

The successful candidate should have a can-do attitude with good people skills, trustworthiness and good knowledge of the region.

You will be driving the company van.

Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years driving experience

  • Full clean UK licence

  • Good knowledge of the region required

  • Ability to work early morning shifts and manage time effectively

  • Friendly and good overall presentation as you'll be representing our business

  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude

  • Must be able to carry out manual handling duties

Job Description:

  • Maintain delivery schedules and meet timeframes
  • Handle all stock with care to avoid damage
  • Report any required vehicle servicing or maintenance
  • Always deal with customers respectfully and courteously
  • Keep the delivery vehicle clean and tidy
  • Hold and maintain a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety
  • Report and isolate any damaged or contaminated stock
  • Follow the daily and monthly cleaning schedule
  • Clean and organise returned crates and any items from the production depot
  • Maintain cleanliness and standards in the storage area
  • Manual handling of products, including loading and unloading crates and boxes safely
