Bond Williams are seeking a highly professional Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of a discreet and well-established organisation. In this role, you'll manage front-of-house communications, oversee Head Office facilities and compliance, support Health & Safety administration, and play a key part in coordinating internal communications and events. It's a great opportunity to provide reliable, organised support to both staff and volunteers in a varied and meaningful position.Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact by managing calls, post and public enquiries with professionalism.
  • Oversee daily Head Office operations, including supplier liaison, office supplies and routine safety checks.
  • Support Health & Safety administration through coordinated records, checks, training support and reporting.
  • Provide organised administrative support to staff and teams, ensuring systems and requests are efficiently managed.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings and events, managing logistics and materials.
  • Maintain internal communications such as information boards, SharePoint content and staff updates.
  • Support updates to policies and procedures and provide additional assistance to the Head of Administration as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar administrative or office management role, with strong understanding of core admin processes.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools such as Zoom and Teams.
  • Knowledge of facilities, property or lease management, alongside contract administration and Health & Safety processes.
  • Experience supporting meetings and events, and an understanding of insurance requirements.
  • Full driving licence is essential, along with business-use car insurance.

Office based but working from home one day a week.
