You’ll be responsible for:


• Providing reception support, answering calls, and taking messages, ensuring they are passed on promptly.
• Distributing internal and external mail.
• Ordering office refreshments and meeting lunches.
• Assisting with typing minutes, agendas, and notices.
• Creating and managing documents as required.
• Maintaining filing systems.
• Reporting site-related IT issues to the helpdesk.
• Meeting and greeting guests as the face of the organisation.
• Organising refreshments for meetings and visitors.
• Managing office diaries, including booking meeting rooms.
• Receiving deliveries and handling incoming/outgoing post.
• Supporting the team in achieving net zero carbon goals by proactively identifying and managing carbon emissions during project delivery.


You’ll need to have:


• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.


You’ll also have:


• A collaborative approach and willingness to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude towards sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives.
